Jan 24, 2010 Ran my first ultra marathon -- looking for big improvements in the future! Going snowboarding tomorrow, then Sundance later in the week. Running the Austin maration in a few weeks. Plans for 2010 have been mapped out on the calander. There's lots of marations, at least three triathlons, and two international trips (France, Borneo). 2010 is looking to be a spectacular year!!!
Dec 31: Going to ring in the New Year at work :( Scheduling of events in 2010 has turned out to be a major bummer. Every marathon and almost every triathlon in the state of Utah is scheduled on my weekend to work! So it doesn't look like I'll be able to enter many competitions next year.........I will take PTO to do some of the major events. My big goal is a half ironman at the end of August. Planning for a week in France in July, then trekking in Nepal in November. Looking forward to going faster and further in 2010!
Dec 13: Nothing but snow, snow, snow for the past three days. That translates to shovel, shovel, shovel! Hopefully I'll get up to Snowbasin this week for the first ride of the season.
Dec 1st: Back from a great trip to Egypt!
